Laura Hamilton has opened up about filming the final chat on the latest episode of A Place in the Sun. The presenter admitted she cried before warning she “wouldn’t give anything away”.

Posting in view of her 135,000 Instagram followers, Laura shared an update from filming.

The stunning presenter shared a clip of her after filming the latest episode’s final chat.

Appearing in the Spanish sun, she said: “Hello! Well, we have just wrapped and I’m not going to give anything away.

“I don’t think I’m allowed to but let’s just say – I cried.

“Is that sad? I cried,” she added.

Laura then went on to reassure fans: “Not giving anything away though!”

She captioned her video: “I’m such an emotional person it’s ridiculous…

“But when you are involved in such a huge thing in a couples life it’s pretty special!” (sic)

This follows Laura sharing a picture of her in La Mata waiting for the couple’s response earlier today.

Clad in a gorgeous yellow dress, the star posted: “And… we wait… who knows how long, but hopefully it’s the answer we want…

“I often get emotional in the closing chat when we are filming.

“I’m not sure if my ‘happy’ tears ever make the cut but I genuinely feel so happy being part of a major part of each couples life and I can’t help it!!”

Many of Laura’s fans weighed in below her post, sharing their responses.

One wrote: “Looking stunning and so pleased to hear that it shows you are such a real and lovely person, making people’s dreams come true xx.”

Another penned: “Looking absolutely gorgeous Laura as usual hope you have a fab weekend.”

“What’s the longest you’ve waited?” wondered a third fan of the show.

A fourth then waded in, adding: “Fingers crossed!”

The presenter has been busy filming in Spain over the last few weeks as the property show was able to get underway once again.

She’s been keeping her fans updated as she’s busy filming new outings of the show.

However, she revealed she doesn’t have any more weekends off in the country.

She posted last week: “Last weekend off in Spain! #familytime.”

A Place in the Sun airs on weekdays at 3pm on Channel 4.
