Cat Deeley makes rare appearance with husband Patrick Kielty at star-studded event

TV presenter Cat Deeley looked stunning as she made a rare public appearance with her beloved husband, Patrick Kielty, as the power couple attended the launch of the new fragrance brand e11even, which was founded by Cat herself, along with Amanda Grossman.

Cat stole the show as she looked effortlessly chic in a white two-piece, which comprised of a white waistcoat and shorts, with a stylish black trim.

She showed off her toned figure and looked glowing as she grinned from ear to ear along with her beau. Husband Patrick also cut a smart figure in some dark denim jeans, black shoes and a navy jacket.

Stars including Tom Hiddleston, Joel Dommett and his pregnant wife Hannah Cooper, Amanda Grossman, Karimah Hassan, Mason Smillie and Alexandra Beaton also attended the star-studded event.

This event marked a rare appearance for Cat and Partick, who share two children together – Milo, six, and four-year-old James.

The pair first encountered each other while working on talent show Fame Academy between 2002 and 2003.

Cat and Patrick then went public with their romance in May 2012 and just four months later it emerged they'd tied the knot, relocating back to the UK at the beginning of the pandemic after living in America for 15 years.

The couple tend to keep their romance under-the-radar, shielding their kids' faces from social media as they keep family life to themselves.

In May, Cat paid a sweet tribute to her husband on Instagram as she shared a throwback snap, along with a recent picture, with the caption: “A blink of an eye and here we are!!”.

Fans quickly sent their compliments to the couple as one said: "Always felt the chemistry 20 years ago. Go you two [two heart emojis]," before another added: "Still obsessed that you ended up together tbh."

"Looooooved you both on Fame Academy, star duo! Amazing couple!" said a third, before a fourth wrote: "You 2 are a beautiful."

Now, Patrick is returning to late-night talk show territory this September, taking on the iconic Late Late Show mantle after presenter Ryan Tubridy stepped aside at the end of its 60th season.

He said in a statement: “I’m absolutely thrilled to be the next host of The Late Late Show.

"To follow in the footsteps of Gay [Byrne], Pat [Kenny] and Ryan as the next custodian is a real honour and I can’t thank RTE enough for giving me the chance to be a part of the next chapter of such an iconic show.

"I’m also genuinely humbled to become part of Friday nights for so many Irish people, at home and around the world. I can’t wait to get started on one of the greatest jobs in television."
