Glee’s Lea Michele shares first snap of toddler son’s face in birthday tribute to husband

Former Glee star Lea Michele has shared the first snap of her seventeen month old son Ever Leo's face.

The 35 year old welcomed her little bundle of joy with her husband Zandy Reich in August 2020, and had yet to show his face.

But that all changed on Sunday, as multi-talented Lea unveiled the youngster's identity as she wished her other half Zandy a happy 39th birthday.

Posting on Instagram, the stage star shared a sweet throwback image of Zandy smiling for the camera as he held onto little Ever, who looked adorable in a matching all-white outfit and mini sunglasses.

The father and son snap was taken from the beach during a stunning sunset.

Lea gushed in the caption: "Greatest man, father, husband and friend. I wake up every day so thankful that you are ours Z. Happy Birthday! Ever and I love you so much."

She added a heart emoji to the post, which was also swarmed by delighted fans.

"Omg Ever is so cute," one person wrote.

Another added: "You have such a beautiful family!" while a third said: "Ever's face, he's so cute."

Someone else commented: "Ever Leo is just adorable," while another fan wrote: "Cutest pic of all time."

New York-born star Lea also took to her Instagram Story to document Zandy's birthday festivities.

The family's day out included an "epic" birthday bagel brunch, followed by a low-key stroll.

Lea also shared a stylish selfie of herself, which she captioned: "Sunday in the city."

After announcing her pregnancy in May 2020, the brunette and her husband welcomed their first child in August 2020.

Lea, who rose to fame in Glee as female role Rachel Berry, has enjoyed a whirlwind romance with husband Zandy.

The pair met in July 2017 and were engaged the following April.

Glee star Lea spoke about the impact a baby would have on her career in 2018.

She said in an interview at the time: "I'm still playing roles that are under 21, so I kind of want to push that as long as I can. Having a baby might mess that up for me."

She added: "I 100 % [want at least one child]. I come from a very large Italian family, so that's very important to me."
