During the press meet SS Rajamouli made official announcement that Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt will play the female lead in upcoming movie RRR, which has Mega Power Star Ram Charan and young Tiger Jr NTR is lead role. Now according to the latest buzz, Alia Bhatt is sick badly and is currently taking rest in New York. Alia Bhatt was supposed to join the sets of Rajamouli’ RRR from the next month but as she is not feeling well, will not be able to start the shoot of Ram Charan and Jr NTR starrer. The sources close to the film unit revealed that Jr NTR and Ram Charan will shoot in the mean time and cover up for the loss. RRR is being bankrolled by DVV Danayya under the banner of DVV Entertainment.
The sources say that Alia Bhatt, who was sick badly, left the sets of her latest Hindi film Brahmastra in Varanasi. She is now taking rest in New York and it will take some time before she comes back.
Alia Bhatt is touted as one of the most sought-after young actors in Bollywood. She recently revealed how she got her role in the upcoming film. She has said, “I had bumped into Rajamouli sir at an airport and I begged him that whatever part he has (for me) I will do it. That time he had not cast for the girl yet.” RRR is slated to hit the theaters on 30th July 2020.
