Kanye West has been spotted out with his daughter in the streets of London wearing matching outfits.

The 43 year old, who recently sparked concerns from followers after filming himself "urinating" on a Grammy award, was photographed walking through the rainy streets of the capital to watch a Bottega Veneta collection presentation at Sadler's Wells Theatre on 9 October.

The rapper donned a black jumper with the hood up, which had the words 'Vote Kanye' imprinted on the front in bright white letters.

The star teamed the look with a pair of camo-coloured trousers and large brown boots as he hid his eyes behind a pair of black sunglasses.

His seven year old daughter North wore a matching jumper with her dad alongside some white baggy trousers and matching white shoes, while her raven hair was up into two buns.

As the father-daughter duo stepped out, Kanye appeared to have a wardrobe change as the Stronger hitmaker donned a blue T-shirt with leather trousers and shoes as he held onto his little girl's hand.

Clearly enjoying his time in London, the next day the star opted to go out for some lunch at Michiko Sushino in Queen's Park.

Kanye, who contracted the coronavirus back in February and had to be taken care of by his wife Kim, looked suave as he wore a navy blue coat over a black jumper and his camo trousers and brown boots from the day before.

Holding her dad's hand, North looked adorable as she sported a white vest-top under a see-through raincoat and teamed the look with some leather trousers and pink shoes.

The pair looked happy and relaxed as they wandered around the city with a chauffeur just months after Kanye confessed he stopped his wife Kim from aborting their daughter North after "God sent him a message".

He made the shocking announcement during his first presidential campaign rally in South Carolina on Sunday, 19 July.

The rapper, who is also dad to Saint, four, Chicago, two, and one year old Psalm, broke down in tears as he spoke about abortion and first explained that his father initially didn't want him. He said: "My mum saved my life, my dad wanted to abort me… My mum saved my life, there would have been no Kanye West because my dad was too busy."

Recalling a moment back in 2013 when he was faced with the difficult decision on whether to keep his own daughter North, he continued between tears: "I almost killed my daughter! I almost killed my daughter. Listen to me!"

Wearing a bullet proof vest, he explained: "In the Bible, it says, 'Thou shalt not kill'.

"I remember that my girlfriend called me screaming and crying, and I was just thinking, because at that time I was a rapper I was out there, [I had] different girlfriends and everything… and she said, 'I’m pregnant'. And I said, 'Yes!' And then I said, 'Uh oh'."

Kim and Kanye went back and forth about whether they would keep their little girl, but after a few months Kanye claims he received a message from God.

Speaking about his 39 year old wife Kim's reaction, he continued: "She was crying… and for one month and two months and three months, we talked about her not having this child. She had the pills in her hand.

"I’m in the apartment where my wife was actually robbed, and I have my laptop up and I have all of my creative ideas, I’ve got my shoes, I’ve got my next song cover… and the screen went black and white.

"And God said, 'If you f**k with my vision I’m gonna f**k with yours'."

The star realised at that point that they would definitely keep their child as he went on to say: "And I called my wife and she said, 'We’re gonna have this baby', and I said 'We’re gonna have this child'."
