The ‘Vampire Diaries’ actress and her producer beau reportedly got engaged after he proposed to her when they were vacationing in Mexico for his birthday a few weeks ago.
AceShowbiz -Congratulations are in order for Katerina Graham. If a new report is to be believed, “The Vampire Diaries” star has gotten engaged to her longtime boyfriend Darren Genet and she couldn’t be happier with it.
A source told PEOPLE that the producer popped the big question when he and the actress were vacationing in Mexico for his birthday a few weeks ago. Her representative confirmed the report to the publication.
Kat and Darren have yet to offer more details about the proposal. However, a source revealed to the publication that “Kat is madly in love and couldn’t be happier.”
Kat and Darren started dating in 2017 after they met on set. Although they have kept their relationship mostly private, the pair have made a few public appearances together. One in particular was at the American Friends of the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra back in December.
Kat also treated fans to some photos of the two when they were celebrating Christmas and Hanukkah. “Merry Christmas everyone!!!!! Wishing you the most beautiful Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa! However you celebrate, we hope your days are filled with love and happiness,” she wrote in an Instagram post.
