Pregnant Montana Brown has taken an ice plunge wearing a black strappy bikini showcasing her growing bump to fans.
The former Love Island star, 27, revealed on Christmas Eve last year that she's expecting her first child with boyfriend Mark O'Connor as she shared a sweet video clip showing off her baby bump, and an ultrasound on her Instagram.
And since then she has been updating her 1.2million followers at different stages of her pregnancy before she welcomes a little bundle of joy, who is due around mid-June.
On Monday afternoon, the mum-to-be got into a black halterneck bikini with gold detailing as she took an ice plunge in a spa.
Posing in the mirror with a big grin on her face, Montana captioned the bikini selfie: "A lil preggo ice plunge and by ice plunge this is what I mean…."
However, in the the next video posted, Montana quickly dropped her smile as she dipped her body into the ice cold water, gritting her teeth at the shock of the icy feeling.
She wrote alongside the clip: "This totally counts don't take it away from me", as she hastily got right back out of the bath to return to some warmth.
Shortly after her pregnancy announcement in December, the mum-to-be sparked concern after sharing that she was suffering with cramps.
Asking her fans for advice on Instagram, Montana revealed she's been experiencing cramps throughout the entirety of her pregnancy and wondered if any of her followers had suffered with similar symptoms.
"I have had cramps since the start and they all feel like v bad period pains," she explained. "I also haven't had a normal poop since the start they're like rabbit droppings all day LOL. Sorry for TMI but it makes me laugh".
Montana shot to fame on Love Island in 2017 and lasted an impressive 50 days in the villa, but did not quite make it to the final.
Montana began dating real-estate executive turned rugby player Mark in 2020, with the relationship going public after the pair were spotted enjoying some quality time together in Barbados.
At the time, a source told Mail Online: "He played rugby for Chiswick and Wales 1st Teams as a prop, and has a proprietary interest in Forge Gym London. That's likely how he met Montana.
"He used to be out of shape and is now very much in shape. He's a very wild bloke to go on a night out with, drinks a lot. Very good fun to be with.
"His father owns a huge development/construction firm which he will inherit," the insider divulged.
