UEFA EURO 2020 Semi-Finals, England vs Denmark Live Score Streaming Online: England will be taking on Denmark in the semi-finals of Euro 2020 with the home crowd getting behind them. England have been in fantastic form in the tournament so far as they are yet to concede a loss or a goal. On the other hand, Denmark has made it to the semi-final despite losing two matches and their star midfielder Christian Eriksen.

This will be Denmark’s fourth Euro semi-final and first since 1992. England have had an upper hand over Denmark at the Wembley stadium winning five out of seven clashes. Interestingly, irrespective of the winner, the scoreline between the two at this venue has always read 1-0. This is England’s third chance to reach the Euro final for the first time.

England (4-2-3-1): Pickford; Walker, Stones, Maguire, Shaw; Rice, Phillips; Saka, Mount, Sterling; Kane

Denmark (3-4-3): Schmeichel; Christensen, Kjaer, Vestergaard; Stryger Larsen, Delaney, Hojbjerg, Maehle; Braithwaite, Dolberg, Damsgaard

UEFA EURO 2020, England vs Denmark:

Denmark have clawed their way back into the game after being outplayed in the first few minutes. Damsgard gets a shot away in the 25th minute, with the Danes controlling possession at the halfway point of the 1st half. Meanwhile, Jordan Pickford has set a new record for an England goalkeeper for most minutes without conceding, overtaking Gordon Banks’ 720 minutes set between May/July 1966.

England continue looking dangerous from the flanks. Mount makes his way through to the box with a run from the right. Sterling gets a shot on target in the 13th minute, but the shot lacks punch, and Schmeichel collects. Kane tries his luck from range as he finds some space but he shoots way over. Kane has 2 PL hat-tricks against Schmeichel. But then Denmark have a chance as England make a mistake. Pickford threw the ball to a Danish foot but the resulting shot was wide.

In the 6th minute, Mason Mount makes a chance down the right, from where Kane delivers a cross, which is inches away from a Sterling finish. England are knocking on the doors early on. Denmark look to slow the pace down, greeted by vociferous booing from Wembley. Sterling puts in another cross from the left for Saka in the 8th minute, but again, Denmark get just a touch that stops the attack. A magnificient one-touch team movement creates the first Danish attack of the match in the 10th minute, but Pickford collects.

England make the first forays of the match, Sterling driving in on the left flank. Luke Shaw makes an early zipping run down the left again and delivers a cross, but Kjaer gets a foot to it.

And here’s how the game kicked off. Eriksen might have had to miss out on Euro 2020, but his presence has been all pervading.

England have not conceded a single goal in the tournament. Denmark have scored 11 goals, can they be the one to breach Pickford’s goal? Players step out of the tunnel for kick-off. Time for the anthems.
