Worrying, awkward and surprising decisions will cause havoc for the staff at Holby City hospital next week.
It looks like it's a one-way ticket to heartbreak for Dom and Lofty as Isaac's presence continues to haunt them.
Dominic insists on continuing to treat Isaac's father, who discovered that he was suffering from cancer.
Lofty (Lee Mead) is determined to try and protect him but Dominic (David Ames) refuses to let him and their marriage continues to crumble.
Meanwhile a hungover Jac (Rosie Marcel) is left utterly mortified after being unable to recall how her previous night with Ken ended.
Kian (Hamish Clark) is very amused and Jac eventually gets to the bottom of what really happened. But things turn serious when Jac has to save Ken's life…
