Jill Scott has revealed she and her partner are “like passing ships” as the Lioness addressed the couple’s wedding plans.<\/p>\n

The I’m A Celebrity winner, 36, has been engaged to her girlfriend Shelly Unitt, 38, for the past four years.<\/p>\n

In a new interview, the former England player explained that her busy schedule has meant the pair have been forced to put their wedding plans on the back burner, adding they had “lost momentum”.<\/p>\n

She added that the couple have not had the time to set their plans in stone.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s been so busy that we\u2019re like passing ships at times, but we\u2019re definitely starting to think about what we want to do,\u201d she told OK! magazine. \u201cWe\u2019ve been engaged for nearly four years now, but with Covid and lockdown happening, we sort of lost momentum for a while.”<\/p>\n

\u201cBut Shelly and I have finally been making some wedding plans and we\u2019re definitely in the swing of things now.\u201d<\/p>\n

Jill met Shelly \u2013 who has two teenage daughters, Evie and Hattie, from a previous relationship \u2013 through her sister, ex-footballer Rachel Unitt, her former teammate.<\/p>\n

The couple have been together for around six years and got engaged back in March 2020.<\/p>\n
